Maintenance
We know emergency maintenace is inconvenient. With this in mind we conduct full electric, plumbing, windows, appliance and fixture inspections annually. Furthermore, we take each maintenance request as an opportunity to study the problem and come up with a best case solution. We do not see maintenance as a temporary service, rather a long term effort in quality.
Design and Quality
Pangea United Group Signature Properties* go through an internal multi-faceted review by our engineering and architects for structure, construction quality, installation, efficiency, safety and sustainability rating, then through our interior design consultants to make sure your residence not only works perfectly, but also looks fantastic. You will proudly call it home.
Not all homes can qualify for the Signature Properties label, but rest assured ALL properties in our portfolio go through a thorough design and quality review.

Our properties cover many different time zones, climate ranges, and elevation challenges, but none of those should affect your coziness at home. Our team knows the best solutions for your residence or how to maximize existing systems; from forced air, to radiant heating we assure you a pleasant and warm home regardless of what is going on outside.
Lighting
We have invested in transitioning our properties to LED lighting. On top of energy efficiency, we also care about the best lighting temperatures for the room, from dimmable to warm light, sunlight and bright white for the right moments.
Ventilation
Air quality plays a vital role in your mood, mental clarity, quality sleep and is a focus of our technical team when it comes to providing the best air flow systems possible for your home.

Whether an aspiring home chef, cookbook warrior, never cook or following a special diet, we value your ability to use your kitchen as you desire, we incorporate efficient appliances and satisfactory storage based on your home size.

Technology is incorporated in all our operations. From our tenant communication portals, and energy monitoring systems, to smart home integrations we believe in utilizing the newest technology to improve your quality of life, communication and efficiency.
Your Safety
Your home should be safe. We prioritize security and fire safety in each property, including newest smart surveillance, maximizing fire safety and asset monitoring services. Furthermore, we participate in neighborhood watch, and law enforcement relationships to provide our tenants with that sometimes needed level of comfort.
